Hi, I'm Leif.
I'm a student currently studying Design at UC Davis, with a camera never far from my reach. I've always been a creative person, starting out in photography and cinematography, eventually transitioning my love for emotionally driven narratives and creative expression into design.
When I'm not daydreaming about my next project, you can find me:
- Somewhere behind a camera, shooting a short film or a roll of 35mm film (see some of it here)
- Birdwatching by the shore with a pair of binoculars
- Replaying Pokémon games I finished over a decade ago
My Communities:
Design Interactive
I started in Design Interactive's Fellowship program, worked through the Cohort program after that, and now serve as one of the Co-Directors of Digital Media. I produce the org's short-form content and run its digital media.
#include Davis
I'm currently serving as a Design Lead for the Fall–Winter term. Here, I manage a team of 6 designers, communicating across cross-functional teams and the client.
